We use industry leading tools and techniques to produce detailed, high quality operational and technical graphics.

As projects and processes increase in both scale and complexity end users need clear and accessible, yet comprehensive information. Using our knowledge and technical experience we produce graphics that balance those two, often-competing demands.

Each graphic we produce is designed according to the specific needs of each end user. We tailor our graphics to include any additional information provided and required by our clients.

[av_heading heading=’SITE LAYOUTS’ tag=’h4′ color=” style=” padding=’10’]

[av_textblock]
The site layout is often the first diagram any engineer or operator will familiarise themselves with on site. Using clear graphics and labelling it sets out the locations of buildings, processes and services, on sites that are growing ever larger and more complex. Our site layouts are so well received because we understand the need to communicate the complexities of modern processing sites.

Working closely with contractors throughout each project we gain a first-hand understanding and appreciation of the sites for which we produce graphics. We translate this clear understanding of each site into layouts that offer operators and visitors all they need to quickly, yet safely navigate their way round site.

Our site layouts are standalone diagrams, but they can be combined with others, such as process flow diagrams, or site area breakdowns, to provide ever-increasing levels of detail. Our diagrams provide clients quick, go to resources for all they need to effectively operate, maintain and manage a variety of process sites.

[av_heading heading=’PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAMS’ tag=’h4′ color=” style=” padding=’10’]

[av_textblock]
A process flow diagram is the perfect complement to a site layout. Whilst the layout shows operators where everything is located, the process flow diagram graphically represents how each system works. They provide operators an instant, clear and comprehensive understanding of the process flow throughout the site.

Unlike a detailed process and instrumentation diagram, which for the purposes of quick consultation can often contain too much information, our process flow diagrams provide all an operator needs to quickly identify a system within a process, before deciding whether further information is needed.

We tailor each process flow diagram according to the needs and level of detail requested by operators. We can include as much, or as little, information as you like. Our experience with operators and contractors throughout the country has given us a good understanding of what most engineers need, but we are always happy to accommodate any request.

[av_heading heading=’SITE AREA BREAKDOWNS’ tag=’h4′ color=” style=” padding=’10’]

[av_textblock]
The increasing burden placed upon process industries across the UK means sites are both growing larger and featuring multiple facilities and services. As a result operators are required to have a comprehensive understanding of incredibly complex systems.

Our site area breakdowns provide operators with detailed and sophisticated diagrams that break sites down to their component parts. This allows operators to efficient locate valves, processes or pieces of equipment they need to inspect and maintain quickly and painlessly.

Using general arrangements, process and instrumentation diagrams and manufacturers literature we produce breakdowns that set out particular processes and systems clearly, whilst still providing operators an appreciation of how an area works within the wider site and process.

[av_heading heading=’VISITOR INFORMATION BOARDS’ tag=’h4′ color=” style=” padding=’10’]

[av_textblock]
Gone are the days when process sites were completely closed shops, with little interaction with the outside world. Increasing levels of regulation, inspection and site visitation mean operators now have to play host to possibly hundreds of visitors each year.

To aid navigation, understanding and appreciation of the safety implications of site visits we produce visitor information boards that clearly set out the do’s and don’ts for any site visit.

We work closely with contractors and operators to establish exactly what you want visitor boards to contain then use our expert designers to craft clear, concise yet informative boards that quickly portray any message you want to get across.

[av_heading heading=’NETWORK DIAGRAMS’ tag=’h4′ color=” style=” padding=’10’]

[av_textblock]
No one process or service stands in isolation, each forms part of a wider network of sites, systems and locations. As a result, end users need to be aware of how each system forms part of a wider whole, as the need for cross-site and distance working increases.

Our network diagrams provide end-users with a clear visualisation of how interdependent sites and systems are linked across geographies. Designed to include a level of detail as indicated by the end-user, our diagrams can either provide a snapshot view of sites and systems or a detailed analysis of geographically remote processes and systems.

We design our network diagrams in collaboration with contractors and end-users to establish exactly what is most beneficial. We can combine our diagrams with high-resolution photography and imagery to make sites instantly recognisable and more effectively manageable.

[av_heading heading=’OPERATIONAL DIAGRAMS’ tag=’h4′ color=” style=” padding=’10’]

[av_textblock]
Operators of large scale, complex sites have to manage and maintain a wide-range of often-complicated systems. Moving from site to site, end users often benefit from ready-to-hand diagrams that explain exactly how processes operate.

Our operational diagrams are designed in collaboration with engineers to graphically represent how systems and processes operate. Using resources including P&IDs and O&M literature we produce clear, yet detailed operational diagrams that set out how systems and processes operate.

We work with contractors and operators to establish appropriate levels of detail, to ensure the use of our operational diagrams streamlines schedules of site management and maintenance.
